Eye Exercises to Help Prevent Eye Fatigue (150 Words)
Our eyes work hard every day, especially with constant screen use and fast-paced lifestyles. These simple exercises can help reduce eye strain and prevent fatigue:

Side-to-Side Movement: Look left, then right without moving your head. Repeat 5 times and do 3 sets.

Up and Down Movement: Look up, then down, focusing on what you see. Repeat 5 times and do 3 sets.

Diagonal Movement: Look down-left to up-right, then down-right to up-left. Do this 5 times each direction, 3 sets.

Circular Movement: Roll your eyes clockwise 5 times, then counterclockwise 5 times. Repeat 3 times.

Near and Far Focus: Focus on your thumb (10 in. away), then on objects 20 ft and farther, for 10–15 seconds each.

Blinking: Blink 10–15 times per minute for 2 minutes.

Palming: Rub your hands, cover your eyes, and relax in darkness for 5 minutes.
