For as long as we’ve been able to look at the sky, we’ve wondered if there was other life out there. And while science claims that the odds of extraterrestrial life are bigger than the odds of there not being anything out there at all, we’ve yet to run into any decent evidence. Since we can barely make it to the Moon and back, exploring outer space is not yet firmly within our grasp, and the answers we’re looking for may take decades or even centuries to find.
In comes Mexico, claiming to have found alien lifeforms in Peru. They were allegedly discovered back in 2017 and look eerily similar to aliens we’ve seen all over pop culture, like in the even-known-in-Mexico Spielberg film E.T. It’s almost like these calcified alien corpses weren’t found, but purposefully crafted. Anyway, who am I to claim Mexican authorities shouldn’t be trusted.
Not only are the creatures proof that science fiction movies have been getting it right for decades, they also prove that aliens are just a few decimeters in size. The Mexican National Autonomous (so weird that you have to mention this specifically, right?) University did an analysis of the carbon dating on the aliens and, ever so autonomously, determined that they date back about 1000 years. Jounalist and UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan also claimed the specimens had no earthly connections. The creatures have been CT-scanned by now and one of them, allegedly, was identified as a gestating female with eggs inside her
